Our Annexe Facility is located at Trasacco Valley Estates (closest landmark is “Islamic University College”). This facility is operated as an extension of our main site in East Legon, hence why we call it our “Annexe Facility”.

Our Annexe Facility offers the same quality rooms as found at our main site with WIFI and DSTV as standard. Currently this location does not have amenities as found at our main site. However, food orders can be made at our main site restaurant and delivered to the Annexe Facility. Those staying at the Annexe Facility are permitted to use the gym at the main site. The distance from the Annexe Facility to the main site is approximately 15 minutes drive.

We offer short stays (Hourly rate stays) at the Annexe Facility with rooms starting from GHS350 for a 3 hour stay. Nightly stays start from GHS500/Night
